Best Western Plus Fort Wayne North Hotel & Suites

Brian is WNW’s CFO/Controller extraordinaire, keeping the numbers in line and the
business focused at all times. WNW partner, Jonathan Reiss, has remarked that Brian
is the glue that holds WNW together. He worked his way up from the beginning,
starting his hotel career working at the front desk as part of the grand opening crew of
the Homewood Suites Melville LI in 2005. After many successful years with the Hilton
property, Brian joined WNW Management in 2011 as the Staff Accountant. He was
quickly promoted to Purchasing Manager in late 2011 and got to take on new
challenges and learn another side of the business. He managed various renovation
projects for WNW hotels, but is most proud of managing the emergency renovation of
the entire lobby of the Best Western Plus Seaport Inn in Manhattan after the devastation
of Hurricane Sandy in late 2012. Through Brian’s efforts, the hotel was able to re-open
for business in just seven weeks and through his management, the lobby was
completely renovated by early spring of 2013. After staying on with WNW Management
through some business structure changes in 2014, he was made the Assistant
Controller. When an opportunity opened up in 2016, WNW partners did not hesitate to
promote Brian to Controller of WNW. Since then, he has lead the financial department
of WNW Management, working with multiple hotel properties, owners and CPAs to
create mutually beneficial financial environments for both WNW Management and its
clients. .
