Robert has over 3 decades of Executive Level experience in the Hospitality Industry. He has worked in New York City, Philadelphia, Stamford, Princeton, and Washington DC and has been involved in Branded and Independent hotels ranging from 183 to 600 rooms.His most recent experience is Voting Member/General Manager Of a full service Best Western Property in Philadelphia for the past 19 years. He is a Regional Governor for the Best Western International overseeing two regions for the past 15 years.
Jaeger has won numerous Best Western Directors awards for Quality Assurance as well as twice being honored as an All Star Governor from Best Western International’s Governors and Directors. Robert is passionate about marketing as evident with his involvement as Chair of the Marketing Advisory Committee and past Chair of the Sales Advisory Committee. He has provided Leadership on the award winning Best Western Tri State Marketing Co-Op and was Chairman From 1996 to 2006 and still remains active on the Committee.
Jaeger has vast experience in Renovations, Pre opening as well as “turnaround” situations. He is an Operational professional who is driven by Sales and Marketing. He has experience and a proven track record on increasing revenue and Profitability. He has attended over 40 International Trade shows for Best Western all over the world including the United Kingdom, Germany, China, France and Italy as well as numerous Domestic shows.
Robert holds the highest Certification in the Hotel Industry as a Certified Hotel Administrator and is a Licensed Sales Person in Pennsylvania. Robert was born in New York City and currently resides in New Jersey.
