WNW Hospitality Management will provide asset management services to institutional and private investors in the event the property is encumbered by an existing Hotel Management Contract.
WNW will work to ensure the assets of the property are protected and the property management company is performing in a manner which maximizes the investor’s profits and investment criteria. WNW will work closely with the owner/investor and provide an honest and fair assessment of the existing management company’s performance in addition to making and implementing recommendations that will improve the performance of the asset. Financial and accounting services is provided by our experienced staff in our full service accounting offices.
WNW Hospitality Management uses internet-based accounting software that allows the owner/client to stay up to date with their asset. We are available and prepared to take over the hotel on short notice. We work to ensure that the hotel achieves its maximum potential.
