We will be at your property to implement and follow up and we provide complete transparent and regular communication with ownership.
This carefully thought out plan has four components: an operating budget, a capital improvement plan, a customer satisfaction matrix and a sales and marketing plan. These plans and budgets will be consistent with current franchise and local market requirements and will be submitted to ownership for approval before implementation. Plans currently in place will be evaluated for implementation, effectiveness and strategic objectives. A principle member of the WNW Hospitality Management team will operate your property to ensure the plans are implemented to the fullest. Every month WNW Hospitality will meet with ownership to review all financials and discuss results and future plans. Open and transparent communication on a daily basis.
